World of Final Fantasy (Why is noone talking about this game??)

Has anyone even heard about this? If so, why have I not seen this game discussed anywhere or even heard rumors about it anywhere in the past year(s)? I'd have expected to see it here first as this forum is where I get all my VG info from. I recently saw a video on it IGN, and it has little Squall and little Cloud. Call it fan service nostalgia but I'm interested to see how it turns out.

This looks like what Kingdom Hearts was trying to be at first in regards to Final Fantasy side of things. Pretty neat for what it is.

No idea must have something to do with the story line. Since different characters from other games are coming in I'm guessing their is some sort of alternate world or something that they are going into.

final fantasy in general died after 9 for most. They tend to focus heavy on the Asian markets now. The MMO was ok, just ok. Every other FF title has been punk pop boy/girl band trash. I mean they did always kind of have that style but it had more of a mature look.

So after my little rant, I succumbed and bought the game. I am truly a whore for FF.

Anywho. It is pretty decent so far. Story is similar in tone to Kingdom Hearts. Turn based combat is nice to see again. The capture stuff is not nearly as retarded as I thought it would be.

Not too far in yet, but there is definitely some substance to the game.

If you mean XI, yeah it was only okay, mostly because of how difficult it was. XIV on the otherhand is great.
