I work out every single day. Or try to. To keep myself from not doing something ever day, i gonna post a youtube shorts every single day, with a little video from my workout.

It would be cool if more people would join. And do the same.

Today was 20 x 3 min rounds on the heavybag.

Yeah. I do something workout related close to every single day year round. But i dont think i could do that with lifting weights as my main source of training

I mean, i do strength training now and then. But thats mostly body weight, or some basic lifting stuff on a rare day.

If i didnt get into martial arts, i am not sure if i would be able to train as often as i do.

I do weights 5 days a week, 30-30 minutes tops per day. Other 2 days I added interval training on treadmill. Walk fast on incline for 2 minutes, then sprint for 1 minutes, total of 25 minutes. After a life of Martial Arts, my wrists and elbows can't take heavy bag work anymore.

What muscle groups do you split to get it under 30 min? Like back and biceps one day, chest and triceps another day, then legs by themselves?

Only boxing on the heavybag today. I did some interval running last night. My legs feel stiff as hell.. so no kicks. In order to avoid injury.

I want to see a different thread where every single day you knock somebody out, with video proof of course

Starting to ease kicks back into my training. Feeling a little better

My video from yesterday got blocked because of the background music. So i reupload it with copyright free music now

Haha i mostly do the same shit every day. So sorry if these videos gets boring after a while.

No videos today guys. Sorry. But only training today was hundreds of pull ups at home in my living room. Split into sets of 5-10 reps.

You need to take my word for it.

Good for you man. People with good work ethic deserve all the praise in the world.

How long have you been training and what's your professional and amateur record? And which organization do you compete in?

Stuff happens. It's okay.

I can talk all day about how us powerlifters and Olympic lifters are the best athletes because we are the strongest ones, but the reality is is that combat athletes are basically real life anime characters. It's way more fun to watch them.
