Work out or sleep?

Squat/Bench/Deadlift/Press 3x5
An accessory lift depending on the main exercise for the day
Then a 10min TABATA.
Even if you do no general warm-up and zero warm-up sets, that's 18 sets plus a 10-minute circuit.

So, since that poster said "You can get a good workout in with 15-30 minutes that will work both strength and cardio.", you are saying that you can do 18 work sets of squat/bench/deadlift in 5-20 minutes (while doing no warm-up what-so-ever).

Be a fat lazy can. But I already did that and didnt like it lol.
I can't do that....I will turn 43 this week and will keep going until I no longer can.

That's 1 main lift each day aka Bench on Monday, Squat on Tuesday, etc.

I thought most people would be able to tell that it was choosing between one of those lifts each day...not all of them.
