That's better.

Keep working Shogun. Remember the other guy is there to learn too.
He probably spent a couple minutes reflecting on what he did wrong to get tapped out. He's figured out a different defense or something now and will try it out next time he's on the mat. Or he'll ask the instructor, etc. You get the idea.
So he's progressed in his training because of you. So don't feel bad for him.
Besides, he's probably got you in his sights a little bit more now. You're on his dojo radar (dojodar), and he'll most likely not take you lightly anymore.
Keep your focus and now you need to step it up a bit too (but... "don't get cocky kid").

For what it's worth.

ever feel bad about passing people up? Like say there are white belts who have been training for a year or two years and they are still white. You come in and in 6 months your schooling them all and tapping them out 4-5 times in a 6 minutes match......... should you feel a little bad??
These guys want a blue so bad they can taste it but they just dont have the skills to get it..... must feel pretty crappy when a new guy comes in and you beat him the 1st day... and from then on he kicks your ass and youve been training much longer... discouraging.

A phenom might discourage other people and make them want to quit... thinking the sport just isnt for them.. which would be bad for the school. Then again it might make some people, want it more then ever.. they want to prove they are better then the new guy and kick his ass.

hijacking.
