Never really got why they need to scream or why coaches dont stop it. I guess the thinking is like in martial arts with the regards to breathing but screaming is unnecessary and to think about it, wastes energy. I remember in karate how they were teaching us to yell kiyaiiii when punchin and such. I guess its easier to teach that to kids than to explain breathing to them(though I think kids are underestimated). I never felt natural doing that scream. I could do the same without exhaling with yell.

I disagree. The women all play the same boring baseline tennis, with men you see more variety and creativity, a more diverse shot selection, volees, slices, etc.With women you pretty much see only groundstrokes from the baseline until the other makes a mistake.

I dont know man. I will watch almost any sport men or women. But i have yet to watch womens softball all the way through.

And women's soccer is entertaining. They dont roll around and writhe in pain like the men.
