Lame stream media at it again with the manipulative fake news.

I like how the media frames it as “masked agents chasing her” rather than potential criminal running from officers trying to detain her, which is the truth.

Whether or not this person is a citizen, she is fleeing from ICE when they are trying to detain her to verify citizenship.

That is probable cause of arrest, you cannot run from the officer. ICE had probable cause to detain the man who came out of that house for aiding and abetting someone who fled and given that she ran, it is probable to assume she is a illegal fleeing.

Arrest everyone in that house and figure out if they are US citizens. The lawlessness is just insane.

The constitution guarantees the assumption of innocent

Jesus.

Ice has authority to detain people for immigration purposes, are you saying people can just run when they see ICE?

ICE tried to detain her, and she ran, how is that not fleeing from an officer?

What evidence did they have to support their suspicion that she was an illegal alien?

Yes. If you see a cop it is not illegal to start running.

They only have to show that evidence to a immigration judge, they don’t have to show it to me or you.

If they are trying to detain you, yes you can’t run. They were clearly trying to detain her.

Stop trying to spin it, this isn’t her running from seeing police, this is her running from officers trying to detain her.

And also, running from cops out of the blue, gives probable cause that you are committing a crime, it’s suspicious as hell to just high tail it from cops.

What the Supreme Court said about Evading a Police Officer

In 2000, the Supreme Court ruled in Illinois v. Wardlow that flight at the mere sight of a police officer could often, in the context of other factors, be suspicious enough to justify the police in conducting a stop-and-frisk search.

So true. You literally have sitting US senators advocating for people to refuse law enforcement. That is called sedition.

No it doesn’t. That is a direct violation of the constitution.
it’s suspicious as hell to just high tail it from cops.
It’s legal.

What law does running break?

Until there are massive drones picking illegals up with a claw, like the automatic win claw machines for candy and Temu stuffed animals that guarantee automatic wins, if nothing else, we are losing

Just take their guns first and we'll figure it out later. DJT

If it’s illegal then that means it’s breaking a law. What law is it breaking?
Its not illegal but you can't run from a cop and expect them to not be able to chase after and detain you.

No, it doesn't. If you don't have probable cause in the first place the entire incident is not admissible.
The supreme court says they can chase after you for that.
