I dont get these other wnba women that aren't behind Caitlin she has set precedent for companies like nike,under armour, Adidas to give WNBA players 40 million dollar shoe contracts players like Cameron brink and angel reese being the most likely to benefit from this.the league should be showcasing these players collectively. The women should behave like professionals and not attack caitlin especially in public get them some media training. This sort of thing is what turns it into a billion dollar league when corporations start getting behind it WNBA is sabotaging itself by slandering Caitlin.

But I believe she was the top scorer on her team even in her very first start, and nearly all games since then. Someone correct me if I'm wrong there.
The only reason anyone knows who she is, is because of how good she is.

She put up 3-2-5 in her last game, is averaging over 5 turnovers a game and has a negative win share/48 along with a defensive rating of 113 and the third best PER on the team. Granted, she's on a terrible team but when you look at her advanced stats, it's highly debatable she's the best player on the team. There's more to stats than points.

I think it's pretty clear you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I'm sure this girl is only going to improve but again, you're basically a cheerleader for the reasons you're refuting.

It's actually hilarious grown men are arguing over this shit. Jordan getting punched in the nuts and body slammed every other game didn't draw this much attention. Gretzky literally needed a bodyguard on his line because people would take shots at him. When Gretzky was a junior, his own teammates hated him and his teammates' parents would boo him when he was doing well. This may come as a shock but his teammates and opponents weren't black.

Unfortunately, it comes with the territory when you're great/hyped. It's not just women. Or white women. There's always an uphill battle to prove your hype. Clark isn't being hyped just because she's white and people aren't taking shots at her just because she's white.

Thankfully, it sounds like Clark has a better attitude about this than 99% of WNBA "fans" and their stupid outrage. That Matt Barnes clip that was posted somewhere is the only opinion of value. Her teammates should be slapped for standing around and letting it happen with no repercussion.

I'll be honest the only reason I'm watching the WNBA highlights is because of Caitlin Clark. No other reason. She has a special mystique about her and obviously she's a talented player only going to get better by experience.
