I guess KSW is gonna try to make this happen again. Vidal withdrew with a kneee injury back in July. No way she makes flyweight
 
ufc picks this week: "bad night to be canadian" edition (with apologies)
- bleda is huge and aggressive. unless horth's cage wrestling has improved greatly i don't see it going well for her
- croden is the bigger person in this matchup, but i trust santos' judo to neutralise her
- tbh lemos is cooked - gillian might add another vet to her resume but of all the vets she's fought, lemos is the most skilled

Sabrina de Sousaphone vs Paulina Wiśniewska You know it's SERIOUS when Baharani oil sheiks rate a WMMA prospect high enough to buy her (rather than another Dagestani). DeSouza is a top 3 WMMA prospect in the world right now I'd say with an incredible amateur resume (including a somehow beating 145er Michelle 'Kayla's Twin' Montague twice?!). Wiśniewska has been doing pretty well herself as a pro (was not a standout ammy) - she KO'd Valentina in 20 seconds, while Dakota Ditcheva took a whole 5 mins, so she's clearly better than Dakota (Valentina Scatizzi that is - who did you think I meant?) but she's going to be outskilled here... she is cute though (😘)

Robertson over Roidmos: the classic 'grappling skill vs Brazilian roid power' matchup, historically skill hasn't done well but Roidmos shows signs of slipping lately while Gil is on the up at 115. She does hate getting thumped though which could be an issue if an acai bomb lands on her. Should be a fun fight at least with a finish and I certainly hope it's Robertson getting it done 😍

Santos over Crowden: I think she can take her down and dominate on the mat... they both beat Lisboa but it was much easier for Santos... Lisboa actually won the 1st against Croden (and took her down) but crumbled later (she had a knee injury with over a year off and 'had to learn to walk again', so I suspect she struggles to do cardio and might have won if not for that, but her career is ruined, sucks).

Bledá over Horth: I'm the driver and sole occupant of the Bledá warwagon at present... it's not easy picking up passengers when she's so inactive but hopefully she gets more fights in 2026 and she's still only 24(!). She has wins (in her debut fight!!) over Puddinglover and the undefeated SzabGOATva (it was an 'exhibition' so Szabo stayed 'technically' undefeated) and even took a round off Natalia Silva, something no-one else has done in the UFC, not even Alexa GOATso, before gassing and getting caught by a 720 degree spinning Van Damme roundhouse to the face (cough, fluke, cough). She has the ultimate style: heavy wrestling and LnP 😍 - that will surely be too much for this CAN-adian.
 
Bleda by decision.
Santos by decision secondary to more experience versus veteran fighters. Would not mind being wrong here.
Robertson by submission, hopefully. That poor woman cannot seem to learn to strike and it is not for lack of coaching.

Edit: fuck, Lemos is out. Hope Robertson gets her show money.

it was always very good, she spent a lot of time being pushed against the cage in her UFC fights but I don't remember her being taken down against the cage despite a lot of trying from her opponents.

looks like Bleda hurt her leg though (another 2 years off.....? 😬)
 
Boo. I did not know the Robertson fight was cancelled before about half a minute ago. Could have gone to sleep earlier, there's nothing even remotely interesting in the rest of the card. Hope they fire Lemos for keeping me awake unnecessarily.

She had knees problem before. She torned her lingaments during her DWCS fight. I think that Horth fcked her leg with greatly timed leg kick meanwhile Bleda was moving forward. Anyways. I actually made money on this fight since i had TKO/KO finish on one ticket.....but iam still mad as f.

Talks about how she is prepared, how she have plan which will she execute and hopefully finish Horth. Then she comes in and its completely same performance like 2 years ago. Her gym is in my opinion most overrated gym in Czech Republic and i literally dont think that any of fighters from there actually made significant progress in past years. - They had one of two best prospects from here and both of them are on losing streak with frequent health issues...

Unfortunately I wouldn't be that surprised if they cut her now, even if she has a 'valid excuse' it was a bad look going out like that and she's already been extremely inactive, possibly out for a long while again, and they aren't exactly the pity party over there (I'm still fuming that they cut Kanako Murata after a long time out with injury then getting hideously robbed in her comeback)...

I was gonna comment that Bleda seems to have formed the Central European WMMA powers training squad behind her, a good lil' camp with PUDDINGLOVER and CARROTSKATER, maybe they should send Ernesta to get revenge vs Horth, that would be a good fight.
 
I misswd the horth fight any video of the finish? Anyone want to write me a recap too? Was a shocked to see her get the upset. Edit found it on the ufc site she landed some nice shots there, too bad the ufc would rather reward two fat HWs bonues for rubbing thier nipples then a big underdogs tko.

Unfortante corden is so slow with her strikes she had ample opportunity to make santos pay on the feet but didnt go aggressive.

Robertson robbed of a big name win again ... argh. Maybe she can get Yan in Austraila.
