Wow. I hadn't thought of that. No, let's say a bo staff then. Same shit. Actually worse with the blunt impact.
I'd say give him a sledge hammer.

I'm more interesting in who would be the best if none of them had arms.
There is a strong case for Artem in those circumstances.
Obviously, the extra distance and technique would play a big role, but, at the end of the day, a spear cannoned from Francis hands could blast through your fucking armor.
I don't know, he uses his hands a decent amount.Obviously Anthony Pettis.
Question was about a gladiatorial setting, though.Even among modern soldiers, there are no real HW.
I don't think HW are good in armies, they rather want mobile people with great stamina.

No eye pokes and no hellbows? I don't think so.Hmmm, Jones? Just poking away with his legs to decision wins?

As for the the best size for an army... same equipment, same amount of bodies - manlets vs an army of Fedors, Ubereems and Brocks... I don't think I'd favor manlets, to be honest. I mean, unless you went outside of combat and fucked with their food supply or something. But they can do it, too.
Honestly, that's a whole different topic we're sailing into. Cause, yeah, the way things are developing - in a possible modern day full on war scenario - a grounds on the boots soldier is slowly becoming like a horse from WW1 in a WW2 setting. Sure, could be useful here and there, but it's a whole different game.Yeah maybe size was more important with traditional weapons, but over 220 lbs is heavy... + your army will consume a lot of resources.
With modern weapons, being very strong (i mean like a HW) is basically useless though.
Because Francis is african he can chuck a spear the best?
