Frankie lost to Ben 2 times get over it. he got shut down by aldo too and almost lost to Charles Olivera the guy is over rated thats why he's picking a fight with OLd man Penn because its the only fight he knows he can win.

I guess in both cases they are cutting ~ 15.5% of their body weight, so I suppose you have a point: it is possible, albeit utterly ridiculous to do so.

It's really not that much. I cut the same amount to wrestle 125 in high school. And we had to wrestle just hours after weighing in.
