Actually I did pretty good this time. I got 7 out of 23 right. (8 since I knew which one waz mine )

Indonesian food, like Indian, utilizes some amazingly tasty spices (peppers, turmeric, lemongrass, ginger, scallions, garlic, etc., but no curry) - it's a mix of heat and some really unique flavors - hands down the best food I've had. My mother-in-law owned a catering business in Indonesia and can cook her ass off, as can my wife, so dinner most nights is like eating at an authentic restaurant, but even better.

Some of the best Indonesian dishes: rendang, satay padang (beef tongue - sounds gross but is amazing), rica-rica, ayam goreng

Haha, yup... same tell I spotted before. Was a little more subtle this time but still there if you know what to look for.

It's a great style though... unique to you, so I wouldn't change a thing.

Unfortunately, adding all the animation and turning it into a gif ended up dulling the vivid, high-quality look of the original landscape photo.

Nah, for the most part they mix in all the spices/herbs while they cook the dish - no cooking in oil beforehand.
