Wing Chun vs BJJ? Should I be worried?

Just watch Ip Man 2, the last part of the movie he almost loses to one boxer. Not sure how you go form beating 10 black belts all at once in the first movie and then a boxer wearing gloves gives him trouble in the second movie.

Yeah that never made sense to me either. Earlier in ip man 2 he takes out like 50 dudes that all have knives and cleavers too. Love the movies though.

Wing Chun has little to no take down defense or ground game.

If your BJJ club is at all good it will have the option for you to train wrestling or judo. Hopefully you will have paid attention in class. If you have, you should know what takedowns work well for you and have them drilled. If you are some guard pulling weeny, then even that can work I guess, if you are lucky. Heck, even the butt scoot might work. Key is obviously to get him to the ground, once there you will win.

Cut the BS out and train. Your EGO is going to get your ass knocked out if you decide to show up for your juvenile match. Be the bigger person and stick to tournaments or MMA bouts.

When I fought a Wing Chun practisioner from Korea I went for a single leg and took him down then I mounted him and used a Kimura it lasted not even a minute I didn't even throw 1 punch and your coming on here scared of people who do Wing Chun

If you have challenged him or even worse if hes challenged you and your purple belt you have no option but to accept the fight and beat his ass! for disrespecting BJJ.
