Islam has never said that he wants to fight only Usman, he said multiple times that if it was up to him he would like to fight Usman for the legend/name value towards his legacy & clearly & again multiple times said he will fight whoever the UFC decides!

It really depends on whether the UFC allow it. But the problem is the UFC lack bargaining power, believe it or not. Topuria is slow rolling his first 155 pound title defense, and Makhachev can do the same. It doesn't help the UFC keeping Makhachev and Topuria sitting out, arguing with them over title defenses.

What the UFC can and should do: Make an example of Topuria now. Make Topuria sign a contract to fight Arman in March/April/May right now, and if he refuses, make Paddy vs Arman for the interim 155 pound title. That way you send a message that sitting out and cherry picking title defenses won't be tolerated.

Are those matches guesses or confirmed.. and I disagree I think usmen deserves it. Let's be real buckley wouldve gotten a title shot with the usmen win..

And usmens track record why not prates definitely doesn't and he doesn't offer Islam any challenge.

Morales can make a case but his biggest win is Brady.

The only one who really deserves it is shavkat usmen and Garry.
