Will the UFC survive after Dana retires?

I think it's not possible for the UFC to fall. It too big and intertwined with major companies to fail. It's going to be rough finding a replacement for DW though.

Once McGregor retires and can go hard on the blow he will be the man to take the job.

Dana's a POS of who makes life hell for fighters.
There's a huge class action lawsuit against the UFC right now.
The top UFC fighters all have issues with Dana at one point or another.
Dana has a problem with everyone. His "HOLY SHIT who doesn't want to see this" one-track marketing strategy has played its course. That worked in the growing stage of the sport, but it doesn't work anymore today.
Dude slept with the ring girls to give them their job... Rumors have it from his 'eskimo brother' that Dana slept with Ronda before agreeing to let her and women fight in the UFC.... and the women he doesn't want to sleep with like Cyborg- he bashes them and humiliates them openly.
Dana banned Mr UFC Randy Couture from ever being in a UFC building- didn't even let him corner his son.
Dana promised UFC front line Legends Chuck Liddell and Matt Hughes a lifetime job and paycheck for what they did for the company... and then fired them after Zuffa sold for 4Billion USD where Dana made about half a billion. Chuck had to come back to get humiliated on Bellator for a payday, and Hughes tried to tappet on the train tracks.
Dana White had problems with GSP which pushed him into a time off, and then retirement... after bashing him extensively at that infamous pressor despite GSP always being a classy company man.
Dana made Jones vacate his belt due to his big mouth after refusing to negotiate with Jones to increase a pay for Jones when Jones decided to move to HW (they had a verbal agreement).
Dana constantly has problems with Conor... Conor held out of the UFC for a long time in his prime... and even now they have back and forth shit with Conor having to release personal messages to prove that Dana is full of shit.
Dana White released Anderson Silva, despite Anderson Silva having only 1 fight left on contract. Not before throwing Anderson Silva under the bus by exaggerating how bad he looked against Hall. Hell, he even threw Hall under the bus calling him the least output guy and so on - This, in a fight that Anderson Silva was winning rounds.
Dana White is a huge POS, and this is my firm opinion. His own mother hates him- this is a fact.
Dana treats his prostitutes better than he treats many of his fighters.
The sport will be much better off without him.
PS: No knock on Dana White as a businessman though. He turned a 2 Million USD investment into 4Billion for his company, and cashed out or about $500Million.
