I was lmao when everyone on sherdog was saying the #2 P4P 10 year unbeaten champ didn't deserve to get a rematch after he got caught charging in and KO'd in 13 seconds by the 1st punch.

Apparently KO'ing someone running into your punch with their eyes closed in 13 seconds is the most decisive way to beat someone.

Now that Conor and his coach want the Aldo rematch next I expect all the Conor accounts to do what they do best and parrot their hero.

I think Edgar should get the next shot because he earned it and was promised it. Aldo can take another 3-4 months off to recover (Pacquiao took 1 year off) and get promised the next title shot. I doubt anybody thinks Holloway or Mendes deserve it over Aldo.

Aldo needs his own humble pie, and take a fight against Holloway. If he wants to avenge his loss to Conor, he'll have to chase it now.

Because Aldo has never been a trash talker. And look at him doing it: looks borderline silly.

I honestly think if he said "Respect Conor, head high, lets to the rematch", it would come off much better. It just doesn't fit his skin: suddenly he's a trash talker? He sucks at it, and even his fans cringe seeing it. Lawler, GSP, Cain and so many other greats go to the top without talking trash. Aldo belonged to this group. No need to change.

But whatever, it's not up to us. This is just my opinion.
