If Russia isn't communist, then neither is China. China is just a socialist democratic dictatorship, like Russia is a socialist republic.

The Chinese Constitution proclaim it's a socialist democratic dictatorship, similarly just like Russia.

Communism in Russia ended in 1991.
The communist party has not been in power since.
Why you try and use China to prove Russia is communistic, I dont know...
The party that runs Russia is United Russia..
The party that runs China is.... Chinese Communist Party

Bro, the Berlin Wall fell more than 30 years ago - Russia is capitalist now. And China are only communist in party name only; they have been capitalist since Deng Xiaoping was leader.

Socialism = workers own or state.

Communism = everything is owned and controlled by the government. Everyone is provided according to their needs (the way gov't sees it). The Communist Party replaces religion.
Socialism = personal property is allowed but jobs and production are controlled by the government. The biggest difference is higher contributions are supposed to yield better returns (some "inequality" still exists). Freedom of religion is allowed.

Both, Russia and China, are a mix of those along with some capitalist aspects.
