Yeah he is funniest in small doses. Character parts in movies rather than leading roles. I don't think he'd be able to carry a movie like Sandler or Will Ferrell.

His Mountie character was the only funny thing in Super Troopers 2. if you have ever spent time around any French Canadians, you will appreciate how Sasso nails their accent and mannerisms.

Sasso is definitely one of the GOATS at impressions along with Frank Caliendo, Rich Little, Jamie Foxx, James Adomian, Darrell Hammond, Jay Pharaoh, Anthony Atamanuik and Phil Hartman.

Yeah, I don't know that I've ever made it more than 10 minutes, even when it's a guest I really like. Not sure what the thing is with him, but whatever.

Just to put it out there, part of this is because Sasso himself is Canadian.
