    I dont really know how they judge that kind of stuff. I would have thought he would win this award several years back when GSP was champ.

  5. He needs to produce another champ. Or turn a fighters career around.

    I think he's probably one of the best trainers in mma, IQ wise, but has a hard time getting what he needs out of his fighters. Not everyone is the student George is.

    who does he have at tristar that is doing better than those at jackson's? sage got derailed, rory always comes up short, gsp is retired..

    he'll never get a coaching award without having champs under him i'd assume

    Did bang ever win that? He completely turned TAM striking deficiencies around. Maybe not coach of the year material but impressive nonetheless
