One of the very few times I've seen him out of character

He legit elbowed the fighter (his name is Thiago Tavares) 13 or 14 times on the ground

and he was really trying to hurt him

A contrast to what Khabib normally is like or claims to be

Anyone know why he was so mad against this guy?

Probably because humans aren't robots.

the only time I remember Khabib being nice was when he didn't break Gaethjes arm and instead tapped him with a triangle from mount like a white belt.

which might be even meaner at this level

Two reasons:

1) Khabib got a sick adrenaline rush from the shock of actually dropping any opponent with a standing strike.

2) Mirgliotta was the ref, so Khabib knew a near death experience was required to stop the fight.

that was Antagonist Khabib

He was a very mean bastard untill his last few fights. The GnP on Johnson and Barboza were vicious too.

What do you mean OP? He stopped elbowing as soon as the ref stopped the fight.

He didn't seem "Mad" at all. Seemed like a guy in a cage with another guy in a fight.
As mentioned there would certainly be an adrenaline rush dropping a guy and he got him in position where he could drop elbows to get the finish.

Conor fans still trawling through archives to find anything they can to discredit Khabib. Crazy to realize Khabib not only took Conors soul, but the souls of those who lived vicariously through Conor, bizarre and hilarious.
