Most people have some kind of lifting routine that is either 3 times per week, or 6 times per week, so why is Monday waaaay more crowded than other days?
Wouldn't all the people who workout on Mondays also be there on Wednesdays and Fridays? So those 3 days should be equally crowded.
Or are there really that many lazy people that say "I'm gonna get back on track starting monday" and then by wednesday they've already given up on that week, and are telling themselves again that they'll get back on track starting monday.
I think I'm going to change my routine so Monday will be a rest day, so it's easy enough for me to get away from the crowd. But still, I'm perplexed as to the cause.
