I think you got a lot more rich people but also a lot more homeless people. It's pure capitalism. The wealthy are wealthier. The bottom are more down. Technically America is the richest country gloably. It is a big country anywas. But also the salaries per person are within the top. However it is expensive. Being poor in a rich capitalist country isn't easy. But there is probably a lot of work and theoretical oppourtinities.

Europe is different from country to country. Poor to rich and inbetween.
A lot of people from poorer countries go to the richer ones for work.

And being weahlthy is not just bout the country. Better have a nice house in a poorer country and a low paying job that does it. Than have a high salary but be where a 1 room place costs 1200 bucks rent. It really depends.

Technically on money Germany is richer than Spain. But Spain people more often own houses while more germans rent.
