It should be Gaethje vs Illia, Paddy vs Charles, Arman vs Hooker, Gamrot vs Dariush 2, Fiziev vs Chandler, Nate vs Poirier, Max vs Usman (if he were signed), at LW if Islam goes to WW next.. but it won't happen.

I think they’re desperate for a big event with good name value. Paddy vs ilia is bigger than Charles vs Ilia.

Charles has like double the following that paddy has. Paddy having a good recent performance doesn't outweigh the vast difference in popularity

I agree Paddy or Arman are probably the hardest fights without Islam in the picture. Probably from the UFC's standpoint, it's going to be harder to sell the winner against older LWs afterwards.
