Maybe that the term has to end by 80 at the latest? I don't think you want a dude starting a term at 80.

I think I'd go 70 tops though.

For me I would be ok election day they can't be 80. Maybe 75.

I know people want to dive into like cognitive testing, physical test which some of that is already in play.

But health experts love money too and that would become corrupted to determine who is fit and what not.

I am interested in what you think about 35 for the minimum ? I am good with that.

I think the minimum is fine, I think it's a mix between average life experience and average cognitive decline on the other end. However if we're saying there are 80 year olds who should still be able to run because they're sharp then I think there could be a counter argument that there could be 25 year olds who are wise beyond their years.

I also think that even if someone is sharp when they got in at 80 then at that age once you start going downhill you can go downhill fast.
