Maybe at shit tier places. This is 100% false. They are not making it from scratch but getting it from food vendors the same place they get all their dressings.
The average restaurant is not making dressings from scratch
Because they make it from scratch.
What, you think they're throwing "Hidden Valley" shit on your plate?
Maybe at shit tier places.
Dude I’m partners in a few places in jersey. 99% of restaurant are not making their own salad dressings.
Huge companies distribute this stuff
It'd blow their minds if they ever found out their favorite wing sauce is just a bunch of shit mixed together because its cheaper and more efficient.
You guys ever noticed how no matter how shitty the restaurant is the Ranch is always banging and way better than store bought?

ranch dressing is better getting dressed at a ranch.ranch dressing is better at a ranch.
To shit tier places barely 1 step above fast food.Dude I’m partners in a few places in jersey. 99% of restaurant are not making their own salad dressings.

That is just not true mate.
Huge companies distribute food to restaurants, some places might get things like fish and certain cuts of meat from smaller vendors that only deal in those products.
When you go out to eat and you get a salad dressing it’s more than likely it’s from a food distribution company.
Paul Newman’s and stuff like that. When you get honey mustard 9/10 times it’s purchased and not made in house.
Of course the higher up you go in the restaurant world they’ll be making everything in house but those places aren’t serving ranch dressing and honey mustard to begin with.
I don´t go to shit tier places that use pre made when I go out to eat.
You have no idea what you’re even saying right now.
You can go to some decent town restaurant and pub and get an entree like roasted salmon with sautéed spinach and home made mash. Or get a great order of wings at some bar.
A good solid meal made in house. Everything fresh.
That exact place might use a bought honey mustard or blue cheese dressing.
Doesn’t make them shit tier at all. Perhaps you’re thinking of a gimmick restaurant like Applebees when you say shit tier.
he's just implying your restaurants are shit tier.... jeez,,, take a hintYou have no idea what you’re even saying right now.

Basic bottle hidden valley ranch is no better than knock off or no name ranch. There are a lot of restaurants that will use knock off. If you go to a restaurant and they say home style or house made ranch it is usually just hidden valley ranch packets that they mix with Mayo and buttermilk, which is the best way to do it and gives it a fresher taste and makes it creamier. So you’re saying hidden valley ranch is the same as restaurant?
I’ve worked in tons of restaurants and it all came out of a bulk bag. No idea who the provider was.
The bottled stuff is full of chemicals and tastes artificial. Get some ranch from the salad/refrigerated aisle and it's much closer to the restaurant kind. Otherwise, get a packet of ranch powder and make your own and it'll taste just like it.
