It’s absolutely not. Go do some charity work, you sociopath.

A completely unnecessary damaging punch when your opponent is visibly out cold is equivalent to snapping your opponent's arm or leg before the ref can stop it. Imo it should be punished severely. Unfortunately some fighters are to stupid to understand how much damage a slam punch like that does to the brain. Not sure about others , but in the weigh in introduction video, they've showed at least two occasions where
he decided to perform 'finish him' move .
Why ?

How many "clips" are cops in other countries trained to "unload"?It's kinda like how American cops are trained to unload a whole clip when firing a weapon at a suspect . Fighters are told to keep fighting until the ref pulls them off . Nothing wrong with what Francis is doing here, he's just doing his job .
I was being kinda sarcastic yo haha. I don't like when cops shoot people .How many "clips" are cops in other countries trained to "unload"?
In regard to the actual topic I think while it's definitely tough to go from 100mph to a dead stop, Francis like some other fighters seems to enjoy these extra shots.
Lol, wrong word SIR. I clearly meant after the ref called a finish. The bell?

There’s nothing wrong with a follow up tap or two on a back planted opponents, just as long as you don’t get carried away with attempted 187 like this disgraceful display of sportsmanship and human rights violation
