The obvious answer is that after the whole Ariel fiasco they don't want to piss of everybody, especially a new regime. But maybe they don't have sources that can confirm.

This is what I'm curious about. Say what you want about Ariel but when he tells you something it is indeed true. But on the heels of what just happened he could be not willing to give anything up just yet. It is strange that the enitre website hasn't mentioned anything though, seeing as every other website is on the front page.

I don't think their (uplifted) ban affects how they do work. They believe they're in the right and it's hard to argue otherwise. What's important to them is being always correct with news. 2 reliable sources, according to Helwani, need to confirm. Since Helwani's been foolproof for all these years, you'd think the sale isn't done yet.

I think they tend to hold themselves to a higher standard than FloCombat would, so their requirements for sources and confirming the facts may be more rigid. That and the recent Ariel Helwani situation means they'd rather not jump into the fire of violating non-disclosure agreements.
