What's funny is we had some employees at work today from a large company that I won't name, but everyone knows. They had to pretend like they got rid of their DEI program. They said they had different sections for black people and Asians. They said now they're scaling it back but they're doing it more covertly now so they don't get caught. Basically secretly discriminating against people which is what the liberals think DEI is supposed to be preventing.

If you had half a brain youd realize that it works the other way as well, and in the cases of workplaces where white men are the minority, DEI initiatives would assure their employment.

Post an example of DEI policies being implemented into the hiring practices of a private or public organization and it resulted in a greater percentage of white men being hired than before.
