Why have the rankings for the ufc HW division changed so much?

Just saw the ufc rankings http://www.ufc.co.nz/rankings?redirect=no

And just trying to understand why everybody moved up, did it involve Cain. Or whats the go here cheers

Yes, Cain was removed because of inactivity (18 months without fighting) and also Tim Johnson because his contract went up. Ledet got in, but he's dropping to LHW in his next..

PS: Rankings usually are updated by Tuesday or Wednesday, i suppose Volkov will be #3 or #4, maybe even #2
