Brazilian wonder girl Larissa Moreira Pacheco. She's 10-0, finished all of her fighters and is just 19 years old!
From what I understand her manager wants her to get a little more experience before she jumps to the UFC. Pacheco also headlines Jungle Fight Championship cards so they, Wallid Farid Ismail (who is her manager) doesn't really want her to go anyways right now. (She has had an offer already from what I gather. I read that on twitter many months ago now.)
Pacheco has fought decent opposition as far as Brazil tends to offer up and coming bantamweights. One criticism of her would be that many of the fighters she has faced are flyweights but most Brazilian fighters who fight at flyweight often take fights at bantamweight. There are probably about six to eight more bantamweight/(large)flyweights of note in Brazil of whom she could fight that are equal to or better then the better fighters she has already faced.
It wouldn't surprise me if she gets picked up by the UFC next year.
At the moment they are looking for someone to fight her but I suspect they are beginning to run into trouble finding people who will be willing to fight her.
9-6 135 Larissa Pacheco (10-0-0) BR vs. TBD at Jungle Fights, Brazil.
I'd been thinking they might have tried to get Elaine Albuquerque (9-3-0) BR who just defeated Carina Damm (at bantamweight) to take that fight but Albuquerque is going back down to flyweight to fight Jennifer Maia (8-3-1) BR at Circuito Talent 11, Brazil (8-23).
Maybe they will go for Rosy Duarte (5-2-0) BR or Viviane "Sucuri" Pereira (6-0-0) BR (currently fighting at flyweight) or someone else to take that fight.
Now that I think about it Vanessa Porto (17-6-0) BR has been talking about fighting up at bantamweight again. If Invicta doesn't have plans for her this might be a fight she would take. Get the UFC's attention. Porto does want to get into the UFC from her comments.
