Why Hasnt An Interim HW Title Fight Been Made?

What an absolute shit show.

Get to booking some fights and create a path for the division to flow.

Makes me sick when we were so spoiled 20 years ago with epic Heavyweight tournaments in PRIDE and StrikeForce.

We need an 8 man tournament right now for UFC Heavyweight. It would drum up some excitement, show us who is who, create relevancy again for the division, get the division rolling, either crown a champion or a top contender and create some stars along the way. They are just too chicken to promote a tournament.

There isn't now, and there never has been, a HW Jones-Stipe debacle.

Aspinal has beaten through the HW division while Jones wanted a fun fight with Jamahal Hill. nothing to do with Jon's fear of fighting HWs.

Jones NEVER would even fight HW Champion DC.
Jones NEVER would even fight a HW Non Champion during DC's reign.

Stipe, the Proud and Deserving HW Champion who took DC's belt, .

There's no begatting Gane used the "Jones ufc allowed Game Plan".
