Why Francis is so concerned about money?

Nobody forced him to sign it.
Do you not understand how silly it is to say "why don't individuals just overcome a systemic issue"
If you sign a loan with the bank, does crying get you out of it?
Usually not, but occasionally. It's also for this very reason that bank loans are much more tightly regulated than mma contracts.
And then do a bunch of sherdoggers come to your defense?
Even better, you get government bodies, interest groups, lawyers, etc., coming to your defense, something coincidentally the UFC has fought quite a bit.

Why would a professional prize fighter care about making money? Are you fucking retarded?
Dude definitely is.

We all know the UFC ain't paying their fighters what they should but when a fighter stands up for himself it's suddenly like the UFC brainwashing kicks in around here.

If it's a sports league, and your business is among the lowest when it comes to revenue split. Ya, you might want to look into it

So as long as it's not a sports league I'm allow to keep majority of the revenue from my business?

Ngannou needs to go to boxing after defending his belt two more times. He is already getting up there in age and the UFC will never pay him more than 2 mil per fight.

So why are people concerned with their salary? Because we work to make money. We want as much as we can get for our effort. Pretty simple.

- Less than ten years ago he was one of the poorest human being in a third world country (cameroon)

- less than five years ago he was a poor man in a first world country (france)

- now he is milionnaire (he did that pretty fast, props to him)

He should be grateful from what he have now, why people are becoming so ungrateful and greedy more they get rich?

I would praise dana everyday if i was in his position

it's above me....
Yeahhhh so according to you, poor people who work their ass off, show resilience, and become top-of-the-foodchain folks in their expertise should just take whatever paycheck that is not necessarily proportionate to their talent without ever expecting more and shut the fuck up because they're no longer poor.

Okay....

Well, whatever job you have, I bet your boss loves you for taking more responsibilities on your shoulders, accomplishing more complex tasks over the years, and having made yourself a solid reputation among your workforce without ever asking for a raise.

Okay....

thats why op will always stay poor and get step on.

Dude camaroon has pretgy big population how do you know he was one of the poorest fucks in the whole country? Lmfao

Literally every African athlete in Europe is like that. Mercenaries obsessed with getting filthy rich.
That's the mentality in those parts. Only ones without that mentality are the ones that actually stay in Africa and are like stoic & peaceful.

Jesus Christ, that wasn't the least bit racist, prejudice, and not stereotyping at all! Are you saying most african athletes are just mercenaries that only care about getting rich (and insinuating they don't deserve said riches?), and the "good" ones take what they are given and stay quiet? Are you serious or are you trolling?

I’d honestly be curious to see a Venn diagram showing overlap between posters who shit on any fighter who tries to get a bigger piece of the pie and posters who insist McGregor is the greatest because of how much money he’s made.

I have no problem with someone who does a dangerous sport and is a draw trying to maximize their earning potential. Especially when they’re essentially fighting for a monopoly.

Well your a fool obviously.

That's got to be the dumbest thread of the year.

<DisgustingHHH>

If the UFC didn't exist then he would be earning exactly ZERO DOLLARS with the UFC. He is free to go somewhere else and try to present his worth in another career.

He already said that his goal. + I never understood comments like this, its defending UFC's shit pay with "just simply get up and leave, it's that easy" As if Contracts in the UFC haven't been called out for being absurd with how they force your hand.

Francis can defend his belt 2-3 more times, then take a 10 million dollar payday fighting some B list celebrity

If the timing is right, a fight with Tyson Fury will be an easy 30 million in his account not including sponsorship money.
