It wasn't that long ago that many people vocally shit on DC, even pros were saying they can't think of why DC was hated so much.

It's nice to see a lot more love for him these days.
Why do you think that is? Was it any particular situation that caused it?

Btw I'm aware not everyone likes him or respects him now. But it seems the tide has turned.
 
Jones is a chad so other chads like him and therefore talked shit about DC.
 
Yeah, it was pretty funny to hear the chant changing from "Stipe" to "DC" after the fight, LMAO.
 
I dunno man, the DC hate was never warranted. He got some of the most undeserved bandwagon hate i've seen in MMA.
He's a hell of a martial artist and he's a really good dude.
 
Bandwagoners all over this forum. First he was a paper champ and a crybaby and suddenly he is the absolute GOAT.

the reason people hate him is cause jon in a perfect person who is a saint of a man jones keeps telling his fan boys to keep calling dc names cause dc was mean to him before.

real mma fans understand dc is in the goat talks no matter what

When he lost to Jones, everyone made fun of him and rooted for Jones. Now Jones was proved a bitch ass coward and cheater, and they're all on the DC wagon. Fuck you all.
I've been on team DC since day 1, because he's a true champion and good person.

My beef with Daniel Cormier was he had Jon Jones name in his mouth constantly from out of nowhere. This was at the time Jon Jones had a beef with Rashad Evans, who is Daniel Cormier friend. Daniel kept implying Jon was scared to fight him which wasn't true at all.

Jon got caught taking drugs for both fights - so DC was right. Jon was scared to fight him clean and took drugs.

DC was constantly calling Jon Jones out. I admit I laughed at DC because he talked all that trash and lost both fights. However, I respected how he conducted himself outside of mma. In The StrikeForce Grand Prix; Daniel established himself as the Man by winning the tourament despite being the smallest heavyweight and an alternate. IRC

I highly seriously doubt it he's scared to fight Daniel. Jon Jones however, has a drug problem and makes stupid decisions.

DC did brought so hate on himself tho. However, I agree earned GOAT status over Jon Jones due to the fact he's champion in both LightHeavyWeight and the HeavyWeight divisions. I honestly don't see JJ accomplishing a feat like that.

I don’t think he was scared as in scared DC would hurt him, but scared he would lose. Which lead to some of his stupid decisions.
