Why do some people deny that Brock is a fighter still?

I get it he has weaknesses, and he has vulnerability. He doesn't strike well at all on his feet.

But he has a really exciting donkey kong wrestling style full of force and strength that is very difficult to manage for anyone in the UFC. He has the ability to do major damage with his GNP if he can get in certain positions from on top. He does have his strengths.

But what I don't get is why people still act like he isn't a certified fighter? He just came in and beat Hunt of all people. The guy deserves to be not only looked at as a respected fighter, but a fighter that is a lot more ballsy than the majority of the roster on the UFC with the chances he has taken by fighting elites so early.

Why so many Brock defenders lately? He won the fight guys. Chill.

Now, stop caring what other people thinks and root for him to fight again.

Of course he is. The whole hero worship/groupie thing that is going on, I can't relate to you guys on that, though. It's pathetic.

Bottom line is no UFC HW champ has ever had more than two title defenses. You can come up with holes in the game of every one of them. I don't know why people harp on the weaknesses of one fighter more than another.

Because the general consensus is that wrasslers aren't fighters?

People can't get over the fact that he is horrible in the striking game, but aren't recognizing the the dominance he has elsewhere just like any other fighter. Watching Brock reminds me of the old days of the UFC when you saw these huge guys in there with different styles. Brock is just a slam and pound artist. It's interesting.

I like and enjoy Brock quite a bit, but let's be honest, he's not a natural fighter in the MMA sense. He's more of an athlete/wrestler that is so big, athletic and good at his craft that he can whoop most people without having to be a natural fighter. To his credit though all this "doesn't like to get hit" talk does stem from fights with some absolute killers on the feet, people he should be afraid to get hit by,

He's absolutely terrified to get punched and he panics quite easily. He's not a fighter.

If you're terrified to get punched and you panic everytime it happens you're not a fighter.
He got punched by Mark Hunt. And beat him up pretty badly after. I would love to see you try this, big guy.

Please don't use that fight to prove Brock's toughness.

Dude was terrified on his feet. That was embarrassing to see.

because people cant take the fact that a guy from the wwe became a ufc champ with 2 title defenses and 5 years off dominated a top 10 Heavyweight

its quite pathetic really

Lmao, why is that, because you don't like it? 5 years out of the game,he still beat top 10 guy. Did he not get punched by arguably the strongest puncher in UFC? Did he panic? Tell me,how is this fight not legit? Are the other fights Brock won also not good for discussion?

cos its hard to accept that a guy so afraid to take a punch to the face can call himself a fighter, simple like that

because he looks completely inept as a striker. He's just bigger than everyone else that's it.

I want to see Brock beat a top 15 guy with the proper testing(you know the same kind of testing everyone else gets). I seriously doubt Brock sticks around. If he retires now some people will end up calling him a great fighter and that his illness played a big part of him not becoming goat. If he loses then everyone will call it like it is for the most part.

I know it's hard for you, but please try not to be dumb. How about Randy, Mir, Herrig and Carwin? A bunch of pretenders right? Get out of here, even Cain had an hard time with Brock.

I know right! Brock Lesnar is a dancer ...
