Why Do Some Big MMA Fighters Have No Chests?

I don't see any UFC HW champions who have more title defenses than Brock so please tell me how he's not "great"

Carwin's more debateable, but he's still one of only 15 men who have worn UFC HW gold. That qualifies him as great for me

I'm with this. Anyone who held a UFC title can be considered great, imo. Honestly, how many people at the time that they held it could be considered better than them? Even if it's 1000, they are still great fighters, no?

Hell, I'd go so far as to say the top 10 in every division are great. I guess it comes down to your expectations.
 
Because chest day isn't important for mma.
Leg, back and core are the important days
 
From examples I have seen and from people at my gym a lot of it seems to be their background. Most JJ and BJJers I have seen do not seem to have the bigger chests where as fighters from boxing and other combat sports do.
