Why Do So Many Dislike Amanda Nunes?

Has the charisma and personality of a table leg
 
Do people actually dislike her or are they just indifferent? I'm betting the latter.
 
Didn't know she was disliked. She's 1 of the only 2 women I'd care to watch fight. The other being Cyborg.

She made weight for Valentina. The problem is she cut way too much and (probably) felt like she couldn't fight.

I can buy this. Personally Nunes is far more palatable to me than Cyborg, who always seems to come off as a bully with an unfair advantage somehow.

Nunes may not exactly be lovable, but I don't find her unlikeable.

She doesnt put out to guys and she could beat most guys ass
 
I really haven't seen much hate against her.
I'm looking forward to her fight with Cyborg.
 
I'm a fan of very few WMMAs and she's just not one of them. I'll watch her fight with Cyborg because it should be fun but she's not someone I ever really think about.
 
She'd be a lot more popular if she was more attractive

Mandy is meh.

I don't strongly dislike her, but I'm not a fan of hers either. Mostly I'm indifferent towards her.

She's also boring sometimes, and I thought she probably lost against Valentina. Also she's been running from Cyborg, delaying her title defense. If she had just said "135 is my weight class, and anyone that wants to weigh-in at 135 can challenge me here" -- I wouldn't give her a hard time. But she started saying she'd fight Cyborg at 145, and then came up with excuses to delay the fight.

This particular reason I can't buy. Nunes' only fight that was boring, and one of only two she won that went to decision, was the Shevchenko rematch. But that wasn't on her, but rather, the low activity counterpunching style Shevchenko employed when facing bigger, stronger opponents at 135. Shevchenko's fight against Holm was also very dull, and her promotional debut against Kaufman wasn't riveting entertainment, either.

Unlike the majority of WMMA, which is dull point fighting with bad technique, Nunes has legitimately good boxing technique and has finishes in 14 of her 16 victories. (Shevchenko being the lone exception)

I can't fault her for being wishy-washy about going up a weight class to face Cyborg either, as she ultimately decided to do so, unlike, say, Rousey or de Randamie.

I really only watched her fights against Rousey and Valentina. I don't count the fight against Rousey, because it was obvious that Ronda had one foot out the door already. So I suppose I am overly basing my opinion on just the Valentina rematch. And you are right that Valentina has had her own boring fights.

I just wish she'd have refused to move up, rather than saying she'd fight Cyborg and then dragging her feet. Hopefully that fight goes forward, but I feel like there's a high probability that someone pulls out.

But I suppose I shouldn't be so indifferent to Mandy until I've watched her fight more. I'll be really impressed if she walks into the Octagon to fight Cyborg, and she does have very good MMA boxing.
