Why Do Men love Blondes?

Prime Heather Locklear got me into blondes.

Couldn't tell you brah. I have a pretty strict no-blondes rule that I rarely violate. I think most of them are psychopaths.

I stick to brunettes.

television, movies, magazines, and the like?

the image that is conjured when thinking "blonde babes" is influenced by ^those, and is pretty damned attractive. I prefer jet black hair, though. Red, auburn is also nice.

I find myself more attracted to brunettes, but when a blond is hot, they are fucking smoking IMO. For instance, if I made a top 5 List, 4 brunettes would probably be on there, but my number 1 would be Scarlett Johanson.

As a person who works in advertising and part of my job is to see what people like and find more attractive it is true, the majority of men like blondes more, even those who say they dont, they feel they have to deny it because it existed in the first place and more than likely they developed that aversion because something subjective happened to them, still the attraction was there in the first place.

I have my own theories as to why this happens, but honestly they are very racist and people would get upset if I say them. At the same time there is a study that shows that they majority of men also go for the "second" most attractive female in a group, not the first one, because they feel its is less competition (and many other things) so many guys would settle (happily I might add) for a brunette, still the point that the blonde was the most attractive in his eyes was still there, they just took other things into consideration. This is a very subjective process, you never thought of it logically by the way, so more than likely you will say, no I didnt do that

liking blondes is "racist" . Now I have heard everything. I suppose redhead admirers are "racists" too. Hilarious .

You've got good taste, prime Locklear is one of my favorites.

Can you post some of these studies you're talking about? They sound fascinating.

Also, can you elaborate on this? I know I'm pretty open to ideas as long as you present them in a fair manner so I say go for it. Besides, on Sherdog its almost a requirement to upset other posters :icon_chee
Blondes? No thank you, I like Latinas with a juicy body ;)

Latinas can be blonde. Sofia Vergara is a prominent example. The "Latina" look is a very limited look that only encompasses a portion of Latin America. Look at Louis CK, he's from Mexico and he's a redhead with freckles

Sofia Vergara said:
I'm a natural blonde, but when I started acting, I would go to auditions, and they didn't know where to put me because I was voluptuous and had the accent - but I had blonde hair. The moment I dyed my hair dark, it was, 'Oh, she's the hot Latin girl.' I loved it ... Being brunette toned me down a bit.

I truly think that blondes tend to interact very differently than brunettes. I believe that it has something to do with the attention they get and the free passes they are floated (authorities and peers are less real or "mean" to them). I don't think this is true for every one of them, but for most of the good looking ones.

Also, as for the study about going for the 2nd best looking one in the room (instead of the 1st), I can imagine passing up the 1st if she is blonde to go to the 2nd if she is brunette. But if the 1st best looking is brunette (2nd being blonde), I cannot honestly imagine skipping the brunette & going for the blonde. Source: never in my life.

I'm just guessing, but I sense it's because of the way I expect them to act if/when I talk with them, based on previous experience. Not that the response would be more negative with a blonde (not true at all), but on average significantly more "artificial" as well as superficial.

I never was too into blondes, but there's always some that got my attention. I was more into darker hair (and skin), which I realized while watching a Toni Braxton video when I was a kid. Also, I don't remember having any terrible experience with a blonde causing me to deny any attraction to them. Whatever.

Most people have dark hair. It’s pretty boring. Blonde or red is the best.

very easy answer: because they are few and far between. there aren't many natural blondes. it's like finding a unicorn. if you're so used to something, it loses it's value. brunettes are a dime-a-dozen.
