Why Did Tyron Woodley Duck Colby Covington?

Covington has terrible striking. Tyron Woodley would destroy him.

It's that simple hey? Lets be honest, woodley has a better chance of putting Covington to sleep than Colby does of laying on woodley for 25 minutes.
 
How is it that WW went from the most stacked division to a wasteland?
 
There is no clear-cut contender at WW.

Colby Covington is not the #1 Contender, what are you guys talking about?

RDA vs Lawler is the #1 Contender fight.
 
Because Tyrun Duckley knows Colby would tool him worse than Rory did
 
Since when does Colby deserves a shot lol
He just beat Maia in a fight where both looked awful,Colby just had more stamina
He should maybe beat at least an other top fighter
Lawler,Thompson,rda or masvidal would all wreck him easily
Just an another big mouthed guy trying to create buzz for an undeserved shot
Tyron kill him if he ever fight this guy
Maia landed almost at will before gassing
 
Not sure who wins that fight, I think I still give Woodley the adantage but I enjoy Covington more and more everyday and want to see that fight.
 
Seems like Woodley is waiting on the "Money-Fight". Not a fan of those. I just want to see him fight someone that will make him fight. Maybe a Lawler rematch first (If he wins Saturday....). But Covington is definitely up there for a title shot.

Definitely not into money fights either, at least Tyron has defended his belt and fought contenders before looking for a money fight.
These days we got champs doing it before they get one defense.
 
I want this fight because I can't stand Woodley but recognise he's going to be a difficult champ to unseat and he clearly doesn't want this fight. Also Covington seems an easy enough task to unseat so I'd be OK with him as temporrary champ.
