That's exactly what the FCC did- PRESERVE the Internet- by not allowing the ISP's who wanted to CHANGE the internet and charge different sites AND CONSUMERS more money.

What the ISP's wanted to do was exactly what you get with cable tv:

"Oh we offer this Youtube internet connection. YOu get all your faviorite websites with youtube for $49.99."

"We also offer this youtube, Facebook and Netflix option for $59.99"

"you get the unlimited every website option for $99.99"
