Social Why are people so obsessed with saving a dollar?

Who the hell are you spiting other than yourself?

It's completely rational to stock up on an imperishable item when it's on sale. It's shortsighted not to.
You seem like part of the reason I couldn't find toilet paper or rubbing alcohol awhile back.

... You don't need your 12 rice bags. Save some for the rest of us.
It's shit character, greed. Whenever there's some dock worker strike in the local news, people here hoard toilet paper. Same with hurricane news. Greedy people will wipe out bottled water, then try to return it later. Who wants to buy goods previously in unsupervised possession of shit characters?

All my rich friend of mine have many rice store as well as storage unit for rice additional as well as other dry good. This investment action was quite risky due to moth, but I guess this was why they was making #BigBucks.

TS, you was need to take more calculated risk. Right now the behaviour you show was actually make you so much poor. Many much to depackage here but I was hope to you that you was do your research instead of continue on with life of ignorance.

Best of luck my #MayberryFriend and #PeaceBeWithYou

Those are just actual dummies though. You're not saving money by buying in bulk when there is an issue getting the product, or an emergency. They only mark things up at those times. Buying in bulk is a good way to save money and keeping your stockpile up. Though only when the product is not limited.

You see, the ten obese families that came before you just needed some quick carbs to load up on as their perpetually high blood sugar levels were at risk of dipping slightly into normal levels. Can't have that, can we?

Because there is no amount of money too small for greed and greed, for lack of a better word, is good.

Thank for advice I'll take it into confederation. You seem like help to me.

A lot of people buy things when they are on sale, even when they don't need them.

It's why online stores have smartened up and list everything as "$75 now $50!" when in reality it was just 50 bucks the entire time.

Everytime I go to the grocery store and there's even a 30 cent sale on something the shelf is cleared. Last time I went to buy some rice of the brand I usually get and it was all gone and on 'sale' for a dollar. Out of spite I decided to buy the most expensive rice. Why do People do this?
You're seriously asking why people want to save money when buying groceries, etc.?

Some folks need to and some folks want to. Back when my wife and I were younger we tried to save as much as we could where we could. After a while it adds up.

I just bought a magnified red dot for a rifle a week ago that dropped $50 today. Sigh.

The average person is going have better returns per year by saving on purchases than they would in the stock market / other investments.

I use coupons and any saving centered device I can (apps, etc). The way that I look at it is that any money that could have been saved is money just on the table for me. I don't buy things that I wouldn't buy normally, but I'm pretty brand agnostic. Routinely shave off 25 to sometimes 50ish percent on grocery bills doing this. For my family that's a hundredish or more dollars every week, which allows me to invest more. What you're viewing as being "cheap" or "poor people behavior" is really just sound financial decisions by people who are better with money than you.

Yea I'm a single dude who lives in an apartment in the 'middle class' that's not gonna be around much longer so I throw money around a bit because I'm not going to spend 300k on some shithole house. So money doesn't mean as much to me but I get your viewpoint and the backhanded advice.
