Both were impressive performances and in both fights their opponents were never in it for a second. If comparing those 2 fights Cain's was a bit more impressive just for the sheer violence involved with all the blood. But JDS has had other performances that were more impressive. His fight with Carwin was pretty incredible

Cain. All day everyday.
At first I thought Cain's victory. But than I heard some interview where he said that he knew Bigfoot starts his every fight with a lowkick and specifically trained to catch it. His brilliant takedown 10 seconds in the first round don't look so brilliant after that. Just good.
So I'd say JDS and Cain were equally impressive.
