My guess is either DC, Cain or Randy Couture.

DC has better slams and is more decorated but Cain was never outwrestled and has shown outstanding cardio.
Couture is also very decorated and was competing at the highest level even while 45 years old.

I go with Dave Schultz, but he only had one fight. His Olypmic gold medal was in the boycotted 84 games, so maybe a bit tainted, but he won the world championship the next year and in 87 too.

Lesnar is up there. He achieved more than we all thought with his striking.

Lesnar's wrestling never really translated. Couture was negating him through a 40+ pound weight disadvantage, Lesnar just hit him with one of those hamhocks he called fists.

DC is the best amateur wrestler out of the bunch. But Cain is by far the best mma wrestler, particularly because he had the cardio to chain wrestle and keep shooting for shots.
