I love how the Conor nuthuggers think he only lost because Khabib was a few lbs heavier at most, as if if it was even weight Conor would’ve dismantled him.

Conor would dismantle Khabib at 145, 170 and 185.

Khabib got lucky that the fight happened at 155.

Well, Khabib is more than just a few pounds heavier. But Khabib def wouldn't be able to beat McGregor at 145.

McGregor is a FW, Khabib is a LW. It's obvious who is bigger lol. Khabib is a better and more proven fighter than McGregor overall, but size definitely plays a part in their fight. McGregor is good at 155(or rather overly berated), but he's been the smaller guy in all his LW (or WW when he is too lazy to cut) fights if I can recall.

Conor had a lot of help with his 145 weight cuts. There's things I could share, but never will. I'm a certified dietitian & weight cutting coach.
The promotion (Dana) wanted him to have every advantage; for "white Euro/Western" dollars.
They nearly murdered Jose Also in the lead up to their fight. His required stage interview (with all the champs) was absurd prior to his bout. Dana was praying for an Anglo-European champion since Brad Pickett.

As others have said. Khabib has the barrel chest and thick body/frame. Conor has a naturally thinner frame but packed on show muscles.

Khabib built like my buddy who was a farmer his whole childhood. In college we all lifted weights and I looked a lot stronger and bigger than him b/c of muscles. But this farmboys life of dealing with hogs and chores and he was just a tank and incredibly strong when you actually wrestled, but didn't look like it at all.

Conor 'roided up after breaking his leg, which might be why he won't actually get into the cage again, and he has the kind of fragile ego where doing that to look "bigger" is probably somehow important to him.

Khabib seems to be the kind of guy who was more interested in results than cosmetics. He's naturally more broad in the torso, and probably has much bigger bones/frame underneath it all.

Plus, tiramisu. I think Khabib can more naturally and more normally carry around more weight, more easily.
