Who wins Bellator HW Tournament/Rizin cross promotion

Who does everyone think will win the HW tournament? Will it be a replacement? Does it even matter? In my opinion with what has surfaced recently they NEED to make the Rory vs Askren fight! I think Fedor or Maybe Mir but he is soo Chiny! I also think just like the Strikeforce HW GP this is taking way to long and fans lose interest and by the time it's done over a year will be taken off everyone's Career. I also would love a Bellator/Rizin co-promotion. With Rizin having production light years of anyone else and now with the Bellator Roster at its best point.... Competion benefits the consumer. The more real compition the UFC the better for us fans.

Bellator/RIZIN have already done cross-promoted tournaments.

Rizins production won't help Bellator in the slightest, it's about fights casual people want to see, Not fancy production.
