I was about to chime in and mention BJ Penn also.

Dana really wanted to have GSP and Silva fight. He also wanted Silva to fight Machida for LHW strap.

Probably has to be Nunes just by virtue of being the only fighter to actually defend both titles while holding the other. I wanted to go with DC but the shadow of Jones looms so large over his reign I just can’t. Yeah when Wand lost to Hunt and Arona, people just didnt see him as the invincible barbarian he used to be. Shogun was on the rise.
