yes tapping to strikes is being tkoed. I was at the fight in person and the media said brock tapped out. he was knocked out colded.
 
DC has to be the favorite to win by a lot. However if I was a betting man this would be the time to place a modest bet on the underdog. DC is better in every aspect of MMA than Brock, but so was Couture.

DC really only has problems with rangey fighters which Brock aint -he'll pull to DC's inside game like a steroided magnet around a neutron star and face the consequence

it wasn't knocked out cold. I was in the arena and watched it in person. the media said post fight that he tapped to strikes.

The only way I see Lesnar winning it is if he can get Cormier down and hurt him with GnP. Yes, Cormier’s wrestling is better than Brock’s but 20-35lbs is a ton of weight. Also, there have been great wrestlers who’ve been taken down by lesser wrestlers. Jones took DC down a few times if I recall. Also, they both have different wrestling styles. Lesnar utilizes some clinch TDs but mostly shoots for doubles and singles from far out which is generally safer than a clinch TD. Most people don’t want to throw an uppercut or knee to stop a TD as it leaves them vulnerable and not able to sprawl. DC uses more Greco Roman upper body clinch takedowns which could also be hard against a guy Lesnar’s size. I don’t expect to see DC high crotching and throwing Lesnar over his head like he did Barnett and Hendo. Sure Lesnar could get lucky and drop DC with a punch and hurt him like he did Couture or Herring but it’s unlikely. Sherdog would go crazy if Lesnar dropped DC like Couture and finished him.

Is he still on wwe tv? last time someone posted a thread showing how flabby and soft he started getting... then coincidently he 'retired' and pulled out of USADA testing, and got jacked again.

If you watch wwe, you'll probably see him get soft again.

Very surface level analysis to leave it at "Olympics > college".

Look at it this way, they both competed in collegiate wrestling around the same time. Brock won a D1 title while Cormier failed to do so. Brock also wrestled in a higher weight class, hence you could conclude that he would smash Cormier at that time in a collegiate wrestling match (at that time).

Plus this is MMA, where a lot of that stuff goes out the window anyway. I am interested to see if Cormier can land anything on Brock. Brock showed mindblowing defense against Hunt, who is a short fighter like DC, and reminded me of a giant Phil Davis in that fight. Of course that was fountain of youth PED out the ass Brock, which hopefully we will see again in this fight, otherwise it won't be remotely competitive.
 
Brock outweighs dc by 50 lbs and has huge power - especially for 2 rds

The fights going to go like Dc vs Silva but Silva will be played by Dc and Dc will be played by brock

Same folks who said Lesnar’s will never come back ever because WWE is easier and staged.
