Who tf are Mauricio Ruffy and James Llontop and why are they opening the MSG main card?

He has a win over Islam´s training partner in a division above(WW) and fought with a broken hand. Keep in mind that Magomedaliev won against Kasanganay( a LHW)

Ruffy has a lot of hype behind him, the guys on fighting nerds says he's the best martial artist of the bunch. He needs to fight more, but he's having that Umar/Islam problem of not having average guys willing to fight him (obviously UFC could trow more money at guys, but if they can cheap out, they will).
Bunch of pull outs, there was an event that they booked him without any adversary signed that didnt work out. Now they're feeding him a random just so he can have a fight.
On recent interview he said that it's the 5th trainning camp he's having this year, he had 3 camps that lead to no fight.
I personally just want to see the guy fight to know if the hype is real, they should be throwing every end of contract LW at him.
BTW, he supposedly has a never seen finish he'll try to pull on the fight (according with other Fighting Nerds)
Fighting Nerds is getting way too much hype for a gym that still has no belt so that gives me some pause about Ruffy... but their prospects seems good (Borralho is the better ranked, yet he's probably the worst of the bunch)

It’s all about Ruffy who appears to be a fun prospect but is very unproven. Llontop is just a body for him on paper. Might get a highlight reel but not really a MSG PPV worthy fight though.

Caio Borralho(MW) said that ruffy has the best takedown defense he has ever saw. He was able to put him on floor and keep him there only once or twice(Caio said that in a interview here for a brazilian youtuber)! And, of course, they already trained plenty of times.
