People are saying Chad needs a win but I don't think you should give him a nobody, don't want what we got with Khabib tonight. Those fights don't tell us anything. I think he should fight someone who is just outside of the top 3 to prove he still belongs in that bracket.

Chad needs a year on the sidelines. He should head to Mayweather boxing club or Freddie Roach and work on his boxing defence. Diversify his game a little bit. His wrestling is great but he needs improved boxing skills to take the top contenders out.

Since Stephens-Barao is basically an exhibition match, Stephens could climb up and fight Mendes if he beats Barao.
Then if he beats Mendes he cracks the top 5 contenders and he's in big money territory.

This is the time you look around and say damn I wish the Zombie was around. He'll be back end of the year but he could have been in so many great fights the last year and a half.

Zombie vs Max, McGregor, Cub, Mendes, Edgar, shit even Zombie vs BJ would be something I'd get down with right now.
