Who made the PRIDE FC gloves ?

Yeah he might have a few. I thought I remembered seeing a dirty one at the old location.

Hey.. Can you tell me where on these forums I can find a “memorabilia thread” or someone that collects gloves or autographs?
I don't recall seeing a thread like that.

That would be a cool thread to start. Some of us post our collection in the “post your gloves/gear” thread.

I collect myself. I have DREAM, SHOOTO, Road FC, and WEC gloves.

When I lived in Korea, the Isami store in Seoul had a pair of beautiful Sengoku gloves, but they wouldn’t sell them.

That’s awesome. I don’t have Dream or Shooto but I have collected a ton of ufc gloves over the years, also some fight worn gear from friends / gym acquaintances.

my best gloves are probably a pair of Body Maker gloves that are from in Pancrase in early 2000’s. I also have a pair of fighting roads in great condition.

I have a lot of Strikeforce and WEC too, but I’m missing the Strikeforce version 1, I only have version 2 & 3. And I’m missing the black WEC gloves.

I’ll create a memorabilia thread once I can create a thread

How did some fighters end up with the PRIDE FC Bushido canvas? I think Hendo has one in the gym from some UFC Countdown footage.

Chris Brennan sold one on ebay, if I wasn't a teenager at the time I would have bought it.

It was the bushido where aleks bled all over the place.

There were several versions, with different companies behind them. To be short, no one really knows.

There are companies that put out gloves based on the general PRIDE design. I know V3 (Veni Vidi Vici) used to put one out, but it's not on their site anymore. Fighting Road Sports has one, but they're Japanese.

Winning was the primary manufacturer.

Pride also used BODYMAKER for a few years.

It’s also rumored they used Fighting Road, Martial World, and Isami on a few events.

The $100 red bolt fan replicas were made by Ouano.

The white bolt, authentic fight gloves, as indicated before were done in different batches, but they currently make the gloves for DREAM.

The V3 gloves and Hybrid-X were just PRIDE look alikes, and not the authentic original manufacturers.

Just be careful when buying, there are at on of fakes being made in Pakistan and being sold by 2-3 guys on eBay. They are also selling fake StrikeForce gloves.
The amount of fake Pride gloves on eBay is disgusting. There’s about 5000 gloves signed by Royce and Fedor. I know about 5 people that bought them thinking they were real. Lol.

Nowadays a real pair of Pride gloves will sell for minimum $300 all the way up in the thousands.
