Who is the king of cte?

James vick knocked out 5 times

Olaf Alfonso - knocked out 8 times

Cabbage knocked out 8 times

Tank Abbott knocked out 8 times

Bigfoot Silva knocked out 12 times

Is King of CTE for getting it or giving it?
I think it has to be Chuck based on his decline in speech and getting KO'd by Tito Ortiz in the stand up. Sadly.

Yea man, he dropped a video claiming his family was like replaced by the CIA and has a similar bar fight record to his MMA career, its crazy and sad
Isn’t he also a serious Coke fiend, too?
That definitely can’t help.

I've been watching Overeem get knocked out for over two decades, no idea how the dude still speaks as sharply as he does.
I think the Dutch accent might have something to do with covering it up. Lots of guttural sounds and "natural" slurring in that language might be able to help mask the CTE from our simple English-speaking ears.

What is the criteria?

Who displays the most signs of CTE? Who took the worst damage in career?(Maybe Bigfoot or Elkins) Who fights like they want CTE? (Gaethje) Who seems immune to it? (Reem)

Speaking of the Dutch, how is Stefan Struve doing these days? I'm guessing he has the 2nd most KO losses for a UFC HW.

Outside of his recent refereeing, I haven't seen Leben too much, guy looks and sounds fucking great for a bar brawler style fighter and a guy who struggled with drugs in the past. Not a slur or stutter in the guys speech at all, thankfully, glad to see it.

Here's him talking about the importance of recovery from only a few months ago.

6 months ago he even said he was at the very best place and point of his life, that makes me happy to hear.

Could you imagine if that was Tito Ortiz trying to relay times and schedule of a typical training day like that?

My first reaction was Vick. Then Silva

But neither illustrate the truth. As someone mentioned Overeem but hes a HUGE abnormality

I think of Goodridge. Nowadays Penn and Nick Diaz. They are both in awful places

When that lanklet got hit, he stayed hit!

I believe it's not the KOs, it's the infinite shot eating that's the worse.
Reem and Bigfoot type, they get hit once and their brain shuts off. Nelson, Sanchez, they get their brains rattled for 15 minutes and almost always keep eating shots.

And ofc, there's the constant, absurdly hard sparring that some gyms love.

Nog, way back then, said he could eat those ungodly shots because they sparred like that, believing it'd enhance their ability to eat shots.
Chuteboxe, they were killing themselves daily.
