How do you upload a photo that's not already on the internet? Someone can PM me if anyone cares to see what I look like. All I have is a few photos that I'm in on my phone.

Upload to a hosting site like imgur, photobucket, tinypic, etc. It will then give you a link.

The problem is that I don't have any social media. At all. This and one other forum are the only websites that I use where there is any interaction at all. Is there another way to do it without setting up an account over there?

Those are not social media sites they are simply image hosting websites. You can upload directly from your phone. Or you can email the photo to yourself so its on your computer and upload from your desktop.
